'See' What Your Site Visitors are Doing

Have you ever wanted to 'See' what your site visitors do when they come to your site? What links do they click on? Is that new ad or promotion getting the click-throughs you want? Is the site design, layout, and copy effectively moving the visitor into the part of the site where you'd like them to go?

The team from Crazy Egg have built a nice, easy-to-use site visualization tool that adds some fun into finding the answer to these questions. It's as easy as signing-up and adding a simple block of javascript code to your site. With their Heatmap and Confetti tools you will be able to quickly see where visitors click and even information such as "...Top 15 Referrers, Search Terms, Operating System, Browser, etc..." for each of those clicks. For as little as $9.00 a month this is a great supplement to Google Analytics. The information you receive about your visitors patterns will quickly result in a return on this investment.
We have used the Crazy Egg solution with sampling of our clients and have had great results. Each site has a unique set of visitors with their own unique pattern of use. With the intelligence we gathered from Crazy Egg, we were able to get a good sense of the visitors' patterns and make the fine adjustments needed to helped make the clients' sites more effective at creating the click-throughs they wanted.

As with any additional javascript that references an outside source (Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, etc.), you may experience a few instances where your site may load a little slower than normal or have trouble connecting to the service. We have not found this to be much of a problem with Crazy Egg's solution.

I'm confident that the value of the information you receive will exceed your expectations. For more, visit www.crazyegg.com and be sure to checkout one of their demos. You'll be impressed.
